man overboard at country skateland?
A display case at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. This was part of their completely unnatural and relatively unhistorical “Mythical Creatures” exhibit… part of it was just a bunch of posters with people telling stories about mythical creatures. One was some kid talking about pokemon. Another was a biker talking about how much he liked griffins, so he had them tattooed all over him. It didn’t say anything about who these people were or why they were in a museum. Oh, Cleveland…
In short, it was very useful and relevant for a geology class field trip.
